You
must register online between
February 23, 2010 and March 9, 2010 and complete the surgery
by April 20, 2010. |

You
must provide your email address. |
|
|
Limit
of three (3) vouchers per household; one voucher per cat. |
|
|
You
will need to choose among ten (10) participating veterinary
clinics. |
|
|
Your
voucher(s) will be mailed to you. |
|
|
You
must schedule an appointment and be sure to tell them you
have a voucher for the “Fix a Feline for Free” program
of Actors and Others for Animals. |
|
|
You
must give the veterinary clinic the original voucher at
the time of surgery. |
|
|
And
remember one voucher per cat, with a limit of three (3)
per household. |
|
|
The
vouchers are only good for the spay or neuter surgery.
If you choose any additional services, including optional
vaccinations, you will be responsible for those costs. |

|
The
voucher is as good as cash; it will not be replaced if
lost. |

only 400 vouchers are available for this program, so
